ROT13 Filter

ROT13 means "rotate thirteen letters." Remember when you were young and learned basic encryption, such as shifting letters by one? It was not effective, but it did turn things into gibberish. ROT13 is a reversible letter shift, since if you shift a letter 2 x 13, you shift it 26, back to where it came from. ROT13 is mainly useful for defeating spam bots, web filters, and other technology that searches plaintext.
